Privacy Policy

Kamekura Solutions (“we”, “us”) sets out this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) to explain how we handle users' information in the mobile applications and website we provide (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all applications we provide, as well as the website https://kamekura-solutions.com/. The handling of information by any third-party service linked from the Service is governed by that third party's own privacy policy, and we bear no responsibility for it.

2. Information We Collect

2-1. Information we do not collect directly

Our applications do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, or other information that directly identifies an individual user. We do not require account registration to use the Service.

2-2. Information stored only on the user's device

App settings, game progress, scores, and similar data are stored only on the user's device and are never transmitted to our servers. Uninstalling the app also removes this data from the device.

2-3. Information collected by third parties for ad delivery

To keep our applications free to use, we use “Google AdMob”, an ad delivery service provided by the third-party provider Google LLC. AdMob may automatically collect the following information in order to display ads tailored to a user's interests:

• Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / AAID)
• IP address, and the approximate location inferred from it
• Device information such as device model, OS version, and language settings
• Ad interaction history, such as ad impressions and clicks

This information is collected and managed by Google LLC, and we have no access to its content. The only information we can view in the AdMob dashboard is aggregate, non-identifying statistics such as ad impression counts and revenue.

3. Purposes of Use

We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and verify the operation of the Service
• To investigate malfunctions and improve quality
• To display advertising tailored to users' interests
• To respond to inquiries

4. Opting Out of Personalized Ads

Users can change their device settings to stop the display of interest-based (personalized) ads, or to reset or delete their advertising identifier.

• Android: Go to Settings → Google → All services → Ads to delete or reset the advertising ID
• iOS: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking to revoke apps' permission to track you

Even after changing these settings, ads will still be shown, but they will no longer be based on the user's interests.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

Except for the ad-delivery disclosures described in Section 2-3 above, we do not provide collected information to third parties except in the following cases:

• Where the user has given consent
• Where disclosure is required by law
• Where disclosure is necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent

6. Security

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of the information we handle, and to otherwise manage it securely. We also exercise the necessary oversight of the ad-delivery provider described in Section 2-3 to ensure it handles information appropriately.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and over, and is not designed or operated for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided information to us, please contact us using the details below. We will review the matter and delete the information promptly.

8. International Transfer of Information

Information collected in connection with the ad delivery described in Section 2-3 may be transmitted to and stored on servers located outside of Japan and managed by Google LLC.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy in response to changes in law or in the content of the Service. When we make a material change, we will notify users on this page. The revised Policy takes effect once it is posted on this page.
